An individual plan provides Identity Guard® services for one adult (18 years or older) and is administered through a single enrollment code. A family plan provides Identity Guard® services for one primary adult (18 years or older), a secondary adult and/or minors (up to 6 children under 18 years old) through a single enrollment code.

For enrollment codes purchased online, we only require information that is necessary to place your order and provide you with service, including: company name, address, contact information, and credit card and billing information.

For services purchased through this website, you can provide credit card information to complete your transaction. If you are looking to set up a larger program or use a different payment method, please contact the Business Solutions team here.

After you have successfully completed you order, you will be directed to an order confirmation page, which will include your order details. You may print this page as a receipt for your records. Additionally, Identity Guard® will send you a welcome email that will confirm your purchase details and can act as receipt.

Breach Readiness

Data Breach Readiness is a service provided by Identity Guard® to help organizations prepare for a data breach before it happens. Organizations can get network scans to detect and assess vulnerabilities, monitoring of their data, security awareness training for employees, a data breach incident response plan, online tools and educational resources, and a data breach response with identity theft protection for impacted customers in the event of a breach. Made with local and small to mid-sized organizations in mind (although organizations of all sizes can benefit), Data Breach Readiness can help organizations plan for and mitigate the risks associated with a data breach with a thoughtfully constructed response.

The tier you choose is completely up to you. We recommend taking into consideration the following things when selecting your tier:
- How many employees will have access to data security trainings? You’ll want to select the tier that includes enough licenses to cover the number of employees you want to make the training available to.
- How many data points about your business do you want monitor? You’ll want to select a tier that provides the ability to monitor the number of data points you want monitored. For more on the data points we monitor, click here.
- If you were to experience a breach, how much coverage would impacted customers need? The service you provide to an impacted individual will be based on the type of information compromised. Our identity theft protection services range from $3-10 per redemption code, based on the tier you select and term of coverage.

When you enroll in Identity Guard® Data Breach Readiness, you will create a username and password. You should remember this username and password for subsequent logins. After your transaction successfully processes, you will be directed to your Data Breach Readiness Dashboard and can begin accessing your benefits immediately.

We will need the IP Address(es) that you would like to have the scan run on. We will also need the name and email address of the person who should receive the results of the scan.

Depending on the tier you select, you can choose to have us monitor any of the following data points:
- Company Domain(s) (all tiers)
- Email Domain(s) (all tiers)
- IP Address(es) (all tiers)
- Tax ID (tiers 2 & 3)
- Physical Address(es) (tiers 2 & 3)
- Executive Personal Email Address(es) (tier 3 only)

Breach Response

A data breach response program is a service provided by Identity Guard® to allow companies to offer identity theft protection to customers who may have been affected by a data breach or other data security incident. Companies can purchase enrollment codes to distribute to affected customers to help protect them from identity theft. Companies who purchase codes through our online system are responsible for distributing the codes to their impacted customers.

- Visit our Breach Response page and select you preferred plan.
- Enter the number of enrollment codes to you want to purchase (minimum of 5 and a maximum of 3,000 codes per online order), as well as your billing and payment information.
- Confirm and submit your order.
- Once purchase information is confirmed, Identity Guard® will prompt you to download a file containing all of your enrollment codes for you to distribute to your customers.
- Access Identity Guard® communications materials to notify your customers of the service that is available to them through the link on the Order Confirmation page or via your Welcome Email after purchase.

The product you choose is completely up to you. We recommend taking into consideration the following when selecting a product:
- What type of information was involved in the incident? The type of product you offer should align with the type of information compromised, whether it was SSNs, addresses, or credit card numbers.

An enrollment code is a one-time use code that you distribute to your customers to enroll in the Identity Guard® product you select. Each enrollment code may only be used for one individual or family enrollment and is non-refundable.

Purchase one code per impacted customer. For example, if you have 100 impacted customers, you need to purchase 100 enrollment codes.

You can purchase up to 3,000 enrollment codes in a single order. If you require more than 3,000 codes, please call 1-888-283-1725 to reach one of our Breach Services representatives.

After confirming your purchase, you will be prompted to download a file containing all your purchased enrollment codes.

With Identity Guard®, you can choose to offer the service to your impacted customers for a duration of 1, 2 or 3 years.

Identity Guard® Business Solutions can provide you with materials for you to inform impacted customers about the benefits of the service through the Order Confirmation page and the Welcome Email. We require you to use the language provided to describe our services and how they work in order to accurately explain the service your customers are receiving. If necessary, you may copy and paste the language into your own email or document. If you have questions regarding the use of Identity Guard® Business Solutions materials or are having trouble downloading materials, please contact us.

After downloading and distributing enrollment codes, customers can enroll using their codes at www.identityguard.com

Purchase additional enrollment codes at any time through a separate transaction via our Breach Response page.

Enrollment codes are valid for 90 days from your order date. If you do not plan to distribute your enrollment codes immediately after purchasing, you may want to consider purchasing your enrollment codes at a later date. We cannot modify the date the enrollment codes become active or for how long they are valid.
Employee Benefits

An employee benefits program is a service provided by Identity Guard® to allow your company to offer identity theft protection to your employees as an employer-paid employee benefit. You can choose your preferred plan and purchase enrollment codes to distribute to employees. Companies that purchase enrollment codes through our online system are responsible for distributing the codes and enrollment instructions to their employees.

- Visit our Employee Benefits page, click on Employers, and select your preferred plan.
- Enter the number of enrollment codes to you would like to purchase (minimum of 4 and a maximum of 3,000 codes per online order), as well as your billing and payment information.
- Confirm and submit your order.
- Once purchase information is confirmed, Identity Guard® will prompt you to download a file containing all of your enrollment codes for you to distribute to your employees.
- Access Identity Guard® communications materials through the link on the Order Confirmation page or via your Welcome Email after purchase to notify your employees of the service available to them.

- The service term for your employees and how long the codes are available for use is 13 months from your order date. If you do not plan to distribute your enrollment codes within 30 days of purchasing, you may want to consider purchasing your enrollment codes at a later date. We cannot modify the date the enrollment codes become active or how long they are good for.
- The service your employees receive will end 13 months from the date you purchase the enrollment codes, regardless of when your employees activate their service. For example, if you purchase enrollment codes on January 1st 2016, the codes will be active until February 1st 2017. The service for all of your employees will also end on February 1st 2017.

There is no action required on your part. Since the service is paid for in advance, any employee who enrolled under your enrollment codes will keep the service until the program end date. When it’s time to renew your program, our Business Solutions team will work with you to identify which codes/employees should be discontinued.

Get in contact with our Business Solutions Team to help you identify which employees have enrolled and should have their enrollments extended. You may also purchase additional enrollment codes for new employees to use to enroll.
